Title: Install Mibew in a subdomain of my domain

Hi, I have my website hosted in hostgator, I want to install it in a subdomain http://live.save-solutions.com but I get a 403 error and in my error log say .htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable

How can I install it in a subdomain?

ensure that the permissions are 644. That's for the operator folder and etc
