Hello,

You should open this file with a text editor not with a web browser.

Yeah, this needs to be opened in a text editor so you can edit the file with your MySQL database information.

I had exactly same problem. First create MySQL from server and user the information to modify config.php file.
I spend many times to play and it is working great!
