Title: Mibew Tray Options

Hello,
I have downloaded tour Mibew tray and everything is working except the box to select play sound when visitor comes is grayed out so I can't check it. How can I fix this? Also the sound doesn't play when a visitor comes online either.

The mibew tray was meant for an older version. I'm not sure we can do anything about that. We maybe making a new tray in java. I'll keep you guys updated when i know something.

Hi

I have similar problem. I'm just looking for a good notification method.
Is there a way to enable automatic pop-up or sound notification in mibew tray?
