That I file it is necessary to modify to change the view of the chat. 
 
I refer to place a banner for example.

The file for that is in the Styles folder, then open the style folder that youre using. Then go into chat.tpl (in notepad) and edit the html coding. Make sure not to modify too much and always make a backup of the file just in case!
