The Chat's History page clearly states one can search by "user name and message text search." Is it possible to also search by date, or all, or wildcard? When I search in the demo for "2011" or "" (null) I get an empty page returned. If I enter "*" I get a several pages of chats, but not all of them and I can't tell how they are sorted.
I'd like to be about to quickly audit a few days worth of chats just to make sure my operators are doing well and I'd rather not pull up the history's one operator at a time.
Are the search operators documented? Can anyone share some tips?
