Title: need a 1 on 1 chat between operators/ members

Hi all,

I was not able to find a documentation and tried to find a solution in the source code ...

I want to have a 1-on-1 on my dating site. meaning on each profile is a button where the member clicks and get connected to the profile owner,

if the owner of the profile in online ==> the chat is started (new window)
else the owner is offline the user can send a message, the profile owner can read when he loggs in.

the login is already synchronized. I think every member has to be a operator to receive dedicated messages ...


How can I get two members connected?

Is this senario possible!
I have similar requirement.
One user should be able to contact other user and no operator is involved.
