Title: operator still offline visitor status is available

Helllo,
 i tried two installation of webim. Localhost and next one on the VPS. Both installation are offline for visitor. I open window visitors and turn on status to available. Istallation is connected to mysql. Where can be a problem have you any idea to help me.

after solved probelm pwd will turn to channged

i also have this kind of problem but mine the new visitor alert also did not work. I used the latest version 1.6.3. ???

Cannot login! Is the problem already solved?

If so, please report what was wrong. We have to include an additional check into the upcoming release to prevent newcomers from being stuck.
