Title: Trouble installing. Getting 403 error

I followed the README file, but every time I attempt to do the install I receive a 403 Forbidden message. Here's the pertinent information:

http://sandbox.tucsoncodeworks.com:89/int062010/webim/install/

I've switched the webim folder to be 755 and the install folder to be 644, but that doesn't change anything. I've also changed everything to be 777, but that gave me a configuration error message. What am I doing wrong?

Apache 2.2.16
MySQL 5.1.49
PHP 5.3.3

For Application path on server do I need the full path (starting with /var/vhosts)?

Disregard. I deleted and started over. Worked just fine the 2nd time around...

HI bobknowsphones,

I have the same issue, getting 404 error.. I have tried reinstalling but no luck.. Did you change anything in the config? Please advise me..

Sorry, I just noticed your post. When I deleted everything, I only changed the permissions on the install folder. Before I changed permissions on every folder inside of 'webim'.
