Hi,

 I love the messenger!

how do i remove the old chats (from the vistors page)

you should be able to do it directly from the SQL. I would recommend reading up on DELETE queries but make sure you BACK UP your current database before messing directly with the MySQL

Yes, thats right and it really works. I decided to erase my past conversation before and someone (not from here) adviced me to do it directly in SQL and from there, it works. I didnt know someone ask about it here, if only I read this earlier. Anyway, thanks for everyone's support here.

or why not just click the red X next to "You chat with Visitor" instead of closing the window by clicking the X at the top of the window? This will clear the instance from the List of awaiting visitors.........

Thanks Waynus - clicking the red x in the admin chat window does the job quickly and easily - thanks much, one less ticket for support to deal with  8)
