Topic: Operator chat window moves to background when new visitor joins queue (IE)

Hi there,

I'm just having some issues with operators that are using IE 7,8 or 9 when a new visitor joins the queue while the operator is already in a chat session. When this happens it is moving the operator chat window to the background.

This means that if they are in the middle of typing the chat window just disappears (and most are to busy watching the keyboard to notice that the chat window has disappeared)

I have also tested on the demo site hosted here and it reacts exactly the same. (I've also tested deselcting "Enable "Popup dialog notification of the new visitor". and still the same")

Does anyboody have any suggections?
