Upload files? For what? i mean, how would the file uploader be used, and where?

Yes, an upload file is important to send a screen capture, for example.

The users needs are sometimes different from the developer's ideas...

I, too, would like to see a file upload system to share files. Agents could use it to share coding example files and such and clients could send screenshots. I for one could use it simply for screenshots from our students. It could make things much easier.

A file upload would be great for screenshots. I may even give adding this in myself a go.
