Topic: failed to open stream

When I go to: /webim/install/
I get this error:

I moved the directory lib from the install folder to the main directory and the warning went away.
But now I see  this
" Checksum differs for /webim/README
    Please, re-upload files to the server."

Please help! I'm having difficulty installing

Please delete I figured it out. I changed the README file.
