Topic: Missing plugin // No sound

I recently installed owm, when visitor send a message popup window open, but  no sound is played,

and in the Mibew messenger windonw show a message

Additional plugins are  required to display all the media is this page ( Install missing plugins)

wav files can played inside de browser with no problem

Firefox 16.0.2  Opensuse 11.4

Then I try with Chrome and works ok ( but with xine and vlc plugins disabled )
