Hello, am a new user of mibew, was wondering if mibew supports file upload via the chat browser

No. At present time Mibew is unable to upload custom files.

But the upcoming Mibew 2.0 will support an API for a third-party plugins. So one (or you) will be able to write some plugin for files uploading.
