I'm trying to insert a photo of mine operators in Mibew in JPG the program within the specified size. I see one error:

Correct the mistakes:
Error uploading file "tatiane.jpg": Error moving file.


I do not know how to solve, how can I fix this error?
My Mibew is version 1.6.6

First upgrade your Mibew version to 1.6.12. Many improvements have gone into it since 1.6.6.
Next what is the permission of your images/avatar folder? The readme file says you should set it to something like:

8. On *nix platforms change the owner of mibew/images/avatar folder
    to the user, under which the web server is running (for instance, www):

    chown www mibew/images/avatar

    The owner should have all rights on the folder mibew/images/avatar:

    chmod u+rwx mibew/images/avatar

If you can't do all of that, set the folder permission to 777

I am upset because I use this not working.
If I apply the permission 775 (group permission and publish) my page control panel mibew is offline?
