Topic: Odd Reconnect Issue

Hello,

I did quite a bit of research before trying to ask this question, but I didn't see anyone that was having the same issue I am or anything noted about this issue.

We have had the Mibew Messenger installed on our home page for years. All of the sudden last month it stopped showing visitors trying to IM us.
When I log into the Mibew portal and click on Visitors I see this: http://imgur.com/rDwDkwc

We never touch the server that this is on so I am not sure what could have changed. The visitors page is just stuck saying "Loading...." and in the bottom right "reconnecting".

Visitors get the chat window and get connected, but it just sits there and doesn't tell us anyone is trying to chat with us. If I go to Chats History though I see the users chat in that screen.

I have tried checking this on IE 11, Firefox, and Chrome. No luck on any browsers.

Any ideas?

First of all, I don't believe that you really searched on the forum. The simple search query 'reconnecting' gives a dozen of results.

Second of all, in your case most probably it's not a browser-related issue, but a server-related one.
