hi have php5.2 on my server when i tried to install mibew i am getting error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or

Why don't you read README.txt file that is shipped with Mibew archive?  :-\ In the REQUIREMENTS section minimal version of PHP is listed and it's 5.3.3. So, if you want to use Mibew, you have to update PHP first.
