Button Refresh plugin

I found your button refresh plugin unfortunately I don't have access to gulp or ssh on my web server. Is there anything I can do to get this plugin setup?

Build on a local machine to generate the archives, then follow the instructions to get the files to the web server.

I don't have a local linux server. I was hoping someone had already built this out and would be willing to share it?

UPDATE.. never mind, I downloaded Git GUI and was able to build the plugin locally. Thanks for the tip.
