HI, I have just installed this software and am loving it so far, however I would like to be able to personalize it a little so that it matches our needs fully.
I was wondering if it is possible to change some of the default messages that the system uses such as, when someone enters chat the get the default message "Thank you for contacting us. Please fill out the form below and click the Start Chat button."
Or when chat is offline and they can leave a message the default comes up as "Sorry. None of the support team is available at the moment. Please leave a message and someone will get back to you shortly."
If they are customizable could someone please let me know where they can be altered.
