Topic: i try to install mibew on window 7 but unable to chat on diferent pc

i install mibew on window 7 for test purposed.
i m able to chat with myself on the same pc. but when i move to different pc to test.
it say that "you don't have permission to access /mibew/index.php/chat on this server.
i try to share the mibew folder and grant all controll to that folder but still get the same error
Can anyone give me suggestion?

change config on httpd.conf access on folder www from required localhost to required ALL and it start working
