I would like that when a visitor leaves an offline message in the chat, that I receive the email message registered in my user. But off messages are only for notifications. Is there anything to do to make it work? thanks!

Offline messages are supposed to be sent either to an email of a group, or to a global system email. What exactly do you want?

If your operators are not online, then visitors should not be able to leave any message in a chat because chats can't initiate.
