I installed your programme on my localhost. Everything is perfect. I created two group in your live support program (1. Promotion, 2. Programme). The problem is that if one group is offline, the visitor won't get to know of this. The visitor can still enter the department and the chat box will remain open while user should be redirected to the offline message form. It should also show on the user information form. Also, if a user enter his email without symbol @ before enter in chat, he can still logged in. It should also show error to the visitor to fill the correct email.
Please help me out how can visitor can see which department is offline and which is online.
