Topic: Gives "page not found" when I try to install

I'm trying to install Mibew but I couldn't install it     When  I  browse   the url    site.com/webim/install  it gives  me not found page.   I did what reads me  file tells  row by row   However when  I  navigate   site.com/webim   folder   it gives me login page.  The website  based on drupal  that I'm trying to install
