Topic: Chat button link not loading

Hey everyone,

I just recently set this up on my site. It appeared to install fine, and I can access and make changes to the admin page without problem; however, whenever I try to click the chat button to open a chat, I receive the following error.

Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): Unknown error.

I am using Chrome, however the button does not work in IE either, so I don't think it is a browser issue.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
