Topic: Chat not loading ; getting reconnecting message on chat window

Hi,

When I Click on the Chat button from the user(visitor) application , chat window opens with a reconnecting message, which never reconnects!
Also, in the operator window, Loading status is shown for that user(visitor). The message is thrown from \webim\js\163\chat.js .

Please help.
