Topic: Mibew Loading Up When Individual Completes our Contact Form

I am not sure what is happening on our sites however we are running mibew and currently when an individual comes on our site, completes our enquiry form and then submits it loads through to the appropriate enquiry success page however eveytime it is doing so it is also loading up the mibew chat window even though they have not clicked live chat?

Any ideas?

Can you post or send your URL so we can see this issue? That one is new to me.

I'd be sure the whole code is copied too. The chat should not conflict at all with other forms. They're 2 completely different codes, and reasonings that are defined on each variable. A website would be good to see what's going on.
