Topic: error installing

I have installed your software in my host server, per the given instructions. I have also verified that permissions 755 and 644 have been set for the webim and install folders. I have also setup a mysql db and login details

Am however getting the following message when I try launch install:

403 Forbidden

Access is forbidden to the requested page:

    mydomain/webim/install/ (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to mydomain's WebMaster.

Any clues?
