Topic: Have set "available" status but still showing offline

HI,
Ive been use this mibew for quite a while and today i had a problem of the available status. When i login and set the available status the image at my site wont change to ONLINE mode.It shows OFFLINE.
When a new visitor leave a message i didn't get any alert notification but i already enable the alert popup notification.
I have tried many browsers IE8,latest chrome and firefox but to no avail.
Is this kind of bugs or my host?

any help on this would be much appreciated.
