Topic: timeout, reconnecting error

Hello All,

When the operator logged in he is not able to see any of the incoming chats. In the browser he is getting an error "timeout, reconnecting". I had tested myself using Firefox 39 and Chrome 44. The detail of the system is as bellow.

Application Version 1.6.4
Server  HP Prolian G5 ( 4Processor, 4GB Ram) I am having around 2000 concurrent connections.
OS        Centos 5.11
PHP      5.3
MySQL  5.5

Mibew 1.6.4 is seriously outdated and we don't provide support for it. You have to update application to the latest stable release (one of 2.x branch).
