I am André Medeiros from Brazil, i use Mibew with another system, i did a integration using database.

 is there some field that show when the conversation is finished?

In Mibew 2.x there is "dtmclosed" field in "thread" table. It can be used to get the time stamp when a chat is closed.

Be aware that value of the field could contain large error when operator and/or client have connection problem and the chat is closed automatically.
