Hi faf, thanks for the reply.

1. Yes, the web page where the visitor is is not displayed.

2. Yes, the button is present in all web pages (https://www.serviciosdeingenieria3d.com/) and the folder with the Mibew content is in the same domain. I attach the image of how to generate that button.

UPD: OK!, now i try it

UPD.: Looks like I've managed to find the bug. Should be fixed in 3.5.1. Please, let me know if the problem will still persists.

Hi there!

Mibew Messenger 3.5.0 is out and is ready to be downloaded here (just as usual): https://mibew.org/download2

This release contains lots of improvements related to cookies (namely, all those SameSite-related issues on third party domains are handled). Also it's now possible to play an invitation sound for a visitor, though a visitor should have interacted with a page to hear that sound: it's browser level restriction.

Update is optional, but is recommended for those who use who use the button on third party domain.

I downloaded this addon:
Mibew:AdvancedButton plugin

Where did you get it? Have you used the download link on the official site? Repository at Github should be used by developers, not by end users.

Then I unpacked it and uploaded it to the site like this:
mysite.com/chat/plugins/fof/Mibow/Plugin/AdvancedButton/Plugin.php

You were supposed to read the docs:

The files of the plugin should be placed in <mibew base path>/plugins/<Vendor name>/Mibew/Plugin/<Plugin name>/ directory

Vendor name here stands for a name of a plugin's developer. For official plugins the vendor name is Mibew. Obviously. And it's Mibew, not Mibow.

In your case the plugin should be placed in mysite.com/chat/plugins/Mibew/Mibew/Plugin/AdvancedButton/ .

the chat pages gives this error:

This page isn’t working
mysite.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

HTTP status 500 is Internal Server Error. There should be messages in the error log of your web server.

Most probably you've made some mistakes in configuration, it should be a valid file in YAML format.
