Mibew Messenger 3.1.3 has been released

We’re glad to announce the release of Mibew Messenger 3.1.3.

It’s a service release with only one minor change: starting from this release we’re going to recommend our new Open Street Map plugin for geo informational vizualization.

The update is optional.
